LMS Data Archiving
Over the span of multiple years, course data in LMS platforms can begin to accumulate fast. If you don't have a deletion and retention plan, you may be stuck with massive amounts of data in your production environment, or you may lose access to data you could need in the future.
One of the data management utilities we offer allows organizations to archive data from any platform we can establish a connection to. Archived data is easy to access and restore, allowing you to free up space and increase performance.
Student Audio Recording
Schools are leveraging ed-tech to help pronounce student names for graduations, award ceremonies, and more. It can be as simple as students recording their names and staff members having access to listen to the recordings.
We developed a module using our OneRoster integration that allows students to log in and create a short recording of their name using a basic interface. Staff members can log in, check whether students have submitted a recording, and listed to those that have been.
Build Only What You Need
Some tools are small but crucial. Don't pay for a full software suite if you only plan on using a fraction of its functionality. Many smaller utilities are packaged together with convoluted bells and whistles so it can be sold as a standalone application. Our module are simple and they're designed to be that way.
