After years of delivering courses to students, the data from those courses can start to pile up. Our archiving utility provides an easy way to archive that data by term. Archived data can be easily accessed through the web portal without having to download anything. Archived courses can then be restored to a new or existing course.
After completing a term, it some organizations may want to terminate existing user sessions. This allows for more accurate usage analytics and helps avoid being charged for existing sessions from deprovisioned accounts.
